Minister got own website?

So I was googling for cabinet ministers, when I came across one for Minister for Transport Yeo Cheow Tong.

At first, I read it wondering if it was official. But a glance at the images made me think, "How come got one liddat one?" Somehow, I don't think this site is by the good minister himself, leh.
