The trash can is just next to the letterboxes but obviously, that was not close enough for residents at this block.
If you can't stop residents from throwing their unwanted mail on the floor, I suppose you can at least confine the littering to a section of the floor, thinks the Town Council.
It looks like a trough for a bunch of pigs who are too lazy to stretch the extra 30cm.
Thank goodness the residents don't pee or shit on the floor as well. Or we may need a new enclosure for that too.
