As the protests widen over the disputed islands called Diaoyu by China, or Senkaku by the Japanese, some angry Chinese protestors have taken to attacking anything Japanese. This Weibo photo says:
"I am an angry youth, and I am against Japanese cars. Just now, I saw a Mitsubishi car parked downstairs, so I angrily broke off its hood emblem."
I think the youth may have made a mistake on the brand…
Some have taken to wrapping their Japanese brand DSLRs with a Chinese flag like this. I guess it is not easy to find a DSLR that is not Japanese-made.
Someone stuck the words "Diaoyu Islands belong to the China" over the signboard. But I think it didn't cover the brand thoroughly…
