Fresh from discovering the mussels and the kangkong of Punggol, our resident Ambassador of Punggol, Faith-T, does it again, and unearths a B&B "nestled on the 17th storey of an apartment in the heartland of Singapore".
The B&B is known as "The Swallow Corner" (swallow as in the bird, not the verb). It is on the 17th floor and offers city views. As a housing agent would say, High Floor, No Block.
And yes, The Swallow Corner got cable, ok? Unlike some parts of Punggol.
At the rate this is going, they may have to rename Punggol 21 to "Surprising Punggol".
"Eh, why my flat in Punggol one year already still no cable ah?" "SURPRISE!"
"Eh, what happened to the world class LRT?" "SURPRISE!"

Let’s say you’re visiting Singapore, and you want to have a taste of the local life. Afterall, it can get quite tiring running after tiny men with big rings. What better way than to live in an HDB apartment – quintessential Singaporean living!
Guess what? From US$59 - US$99, you can stay at The Swallow Corner.
