According to a customer service liason, at around 8 plus this morning, Starhub’s mobile network in the North-East part of Singapore was down. Seems like they managed to fix it by 10.30am.
But during that time, I couldn’t receive or make calls, and sending an sms required multiple tries before success. Which was very frustrating because I may not be in the business of making money. I’m not a broker. I’m not a financier. I won’t lose “big business” if I don’t have access to my cell phone. But … well, let’s put it this way, I am a youth worker and this morning of all mornings was a very bad time for such a glitch.
