The interview the missus and I had with Threez, is out in Mind Your Body, the health supplement (haha) of the Straits Times.
Aside from the wrong URL for my site (mr.brown.com... sheesh, when will ST ever get people's URL right? Apparently, it got mangled by a sub, not Threez) and the wrong address for my daughter's special school (AWWA Special School is now at spanking new premises at Number 9, Lorong Napiri), I thought the piece was great. Thanks, Threez!
Despite our wariness about being interviewed by the press, we agreed to do this because we thought it was important to raise awareness about autism. Also, Threez was really nice (my wife said, "She's really bubbly, hor?"). And she was totally cool with talking to us in the study, while Isaac was climbing all over the place (Faith was having her ABA outside in the living room).
I also notice that references to her GFCF diet and acupuncture were left out. Maybe because of space, or because these are not considered mainstream treatments for autism.
Oh, and I loved that photo too.
