The missus had to work late, but we managed to grab some lovely ice cream at Tom's Palette, a shop at Shaw Tower. We sampled all their unusual flavours and they all tasted great.
They make the stuff on site, and are always trying new flavours, like the Lavender I tasted (not for sale yet). In the end, Mom had the Guava, Ginny had the Vanilla (fragrant, man, you can even see the vanilla seeds), and I had the heavenly Chocolate and incredible Honey.
You HAVE to try their ice cream, people.
