Reader Pat said something very true in the previous post. It is cool that people are sharing good bicycling routes.
For instance, reader -ben mentioned a safer way of traveling along Lornie-Adam:
"When I ride Lornie Road towards Farrer Road, I prefer to make a left on to Kheam Hock Road. Go downhill, make a right on University Road, and then another right on Chee Hoon Avenue. That dumps you back on Adam Road, just before Farrer Road. That way, you avoid the nasty, high-speed traffic going onto PIE. A road map will make that very clear."
I mapped it out for you guys. You can click on my map image thumbnail to enlarge it. I used Bikely.com's mapping tool, which is a great way to use Google Maps to create routes for biking. Reader donutrider also shared a similar route, calling it "lornie-sime-university-adam-farrer".
If anyone has other interesting and safe routes to share, you may wanna leave it here, in the comments section, and even include a link to the Bikely page if you use it. Then we can all benefit.
Here is a cool one I found on Bikely, by chuwa showing you how to get from Paya Lebar MRT to East Coast Park via a river path.
