I don't usually post such things on my blog but I thought it was an interesting request.
Rachel is a starving artist who just graduated from art college, and she is working on a project that requires 30 American pennies.
She very poor thing, don't have American friends and is having trouble locating American pennies.
She thought of asking tourists on the streets but is worried she will "freak them out big time". (Personally, I think it should be fine. Must be thick skin mah!)
