I've been trying to re-activate Faith's ez-link card and each time I went down to the counter at a station, the Transitlink computers were down.
It's a pain in the ass to keep going down to the station Transitlink booths again and again only to be unable to complete this simple transaction.
Meanwhile, we have to pay full fare for our 7-year-old using the other pain-in-the-ass thing, the have-to-get-back-$1-refund

Please lah, do something about your I.T., even the counter lady serving me was frustrated at the frequent downtime.
