Our hired cab for the day drove us to the National Palace Museum, or 國立故宮博物院, where more than 600,000 Chinese treasures and artifacts are kept. The exhibition running these few months covers the Yongzheng Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, a very misunderstood emperor.
The highlight of the exhibit is this jade cabbage. It certainly looks tasty.
This is the armour belonging to Yongzheng Emperor.
A very cool exhibition indeed.
The wife looks very Empress-like here.
