Not sure if this has been photoshopped but this was allegedly a photo from the Manila Bus Hostage fiasco, where Rolando Mendoza hijacked a bus of Hong Kong tourists.
If indeed this was a real Manila cop with his "gun", then the Manila police were way more ill-equipped than we thought.
