I was surfing around some forums and discovered this image of new PAP face, Tin Pei Ling, floating around.
As I reviewed some of the online videos of the new PAP candidates giving speeches, I realized how a random frame of video can capture the most unflattering moment of a candidate. One is also at the mercy of the poster frame generator, the engine that creates a thumbnail of the video:
