This was shared by a forummer when his mother tried to get her MP to make changes to the bus route that runs through their estate. The MP (or his people) sent the letter to the wrong bus company.
You'd think that after being an MP there for so long, the MP would know that bus 172 is an SMRT service and not an SBS one.
Kudos to SBS for taking the initiative to forward it to their SMRT counterparts.
