Courtesy of Chiif Cameras, I got a GoPro HD Helmet camera to try.
I shall take this out for a spin these few weeks and maybe video my bicycle commute to work and other stuff, to see how good it is.
I can shoot up to 1080p 30fps on this camera (127º wide-angle in 1080p mode), and the attachments allow me to mount the camera in many ways.
This is me trying it on my head with just the head strap.
No matter how I mount it, I still look dorky. But that is not the point. What I want to know is, can this video camera take the rigours of riding and still churn out decent photographs and videos? Not that I am doing any extreme sports, unless you count riding on Singapore roads an extreme sport.
