This launch flyer (from my friend J) for a condo project in Bedok Reservoir couldn't look more ominous. Nor is the timing that great either. I mean, fifth body found there since June… *shudder*
"Serene" is not what I'd call Bedok Reservoir right now. The place is currently a little… dead.
