Why do families wait until the day before school reopens to pick up their school books and uniforms leh?
They should shop on other days, when I am not at Popular for some last minute stationery lor.
Like many families, school reopens for my 3 kids. My final words to the kids for the evening:
"Bedtime reverts to 9.30pm. Not 9.45pm. Not 10pm. School's open! The party's over, kiddos!"
I resisted adding a "MUAHAHAHA!" at the end of that.
The wife and I also made a checklist:
Uniforms. Check.
Books. Check.
Stationery. Check.
Oh ya. XXXL pull-up diapers for my 11-year-old autistic daughter.
