From a newly-married young friend, who is setting up his new home:
"2 days back I spent a brief 20 mins fixing up the dining table we bought from Ikea, I bragged my friends the next morning that it's enjoyable because it gives me a sense of personal touch to my own home. I went home to continue on the rest of the furniture and thought to myself,
"Wow, that was a load of bullshit."
That made me laugh out loud because I agree. It gets old real fast. Pay the assembly surcharge and be done with it.
