Faith came up to me and handed a DVD to me.
"No tv in the living room right now, Faith," I said, "Papa wants to listen to music."
"Weeee-guh," said Faith, shoving the DVD into my hand.
"No DVD now, Faith."
"Weeee-guh, weeee-guh, WEEEE-GUH!" she vocalized more insistently.
"No Wiggles, Faith… wait, are you saying Wiggles?"
I am amused and a little shocked.
13 years and hardly any speech, but she knows the words that matter to her most.
Needless to say, she got her "Weeee-guh".
