When the road caved in near the intersection of Jalan Pudu and Jalan Imbi in KL, where tunneling was happening for the Pudu underpass project, the internets responded swiftly with a photoshop meme. Finally, this image below got some laughs. Later it was clarified that the duct tape was used to monitor earth movement, and not to repair the cracks. The Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department seemed rather miffed and said that "it is not a joke or something to be made fun of".
